These terms apply when you use this website or buy from LUCID Skincare ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights.

1. About us

2. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error; if so, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Offers

The routine saving (10% off when you buy 3 or more products) is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated. We may change or end offers at any time; this will not affect orders already placed.

5. Replenishment (subscriptions)

Replenishment is optional and never selected by default. If you choose it, you agree to regular deliveries at the interval you select, and to be charged on the day each box is prepared. Your next box date and price are always shown in your account. You can skip, change, pause or cancel at any time in your account, with no fees and no minimum number of boxes. 6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Please see our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery applies to unopened products.

7. Using our products

Our products are for external use only. Please read the ingredients and directions before use, patch test new products, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant, check with a professional first. Our product information is not medical advice.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

9. Our website

All content on this website, including text, images and the LUCID name and logo, belongs to us. Please do not copy it without permission.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
