Products
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every LUCID product is vegan and none are tested on animals.
Where are they made?
In Europe, in small batches. Each order is prepared fresh when you place it.
Which range is right for me?
HIS, HERS and BODY are named for the routine, not a rule. Use whatever suits your skin. If you are not sure, start with a routine on our Routines page.
Do I need to patch test?
We recommend it with any new product. Apply a little to the inside of your arm and wait 24 hours. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
How long does a product last?
It depends on the product and how often you use it, which is why Replenishment lets you choose 6 to 20 weeks. Check the period-after-opening symbol on the pack for how long it keeps once opened.
Orders and delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £5, free on orders over £50 and free on every replenishment box.
How long will it take?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive 5 to 8 working days after that. You will get a tracking link by email.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We are UK only for now.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
No. The price you pay at checkout is all you pay. If a courier ever asks you for a customs or import charge on a LUCID order, email hello@lucid-skincare.com with a photo of the charge and we will refund it in full.

How does the routine saving work?
Add any three or more products to your basket and 10% comes off automatically at checkout.
What is Replenishment?
Choose your products and how often you want them, every 6 to 20 weeks. Every box is 15% off with free delivery. Learn more.
How do I cancel?
Sign in, open My replenishment, press Cancel and confirm. No calls, no emails, no fees.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us a photo within 14 days and we will replace or refund it. You do not need to send it back. If you change your mind, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own postage cost. See Delivery and returns.
