Every order is made fresh in Europe and prepared within 1 to 2 working days, then usually arrives 5 to 8 working days later. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way.
No surprise charges. The price you pay at checkout is all you pay. If a courier ever asks you for a customs or import charge on a LUCID order, email us at hello@lucid-skincare.com with a photo of the charge and we will refund it in full.
Returns
- Damaged, leaking, wrong or lost? Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to send anything back.
- Changed your mind? Return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened products unless they were faulty.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
Always contact us first with your order number, and we will tell you what to do.
