Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. Every order is sent with tracking.
Delivery costs
- UK: £5 standard tracked delivery, free on orders over £50
- US: $6.95 standard tracked shipping, free on orders over $65
- Free on every replenishment box, whatever its size
Delivery times
Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 working days. UK orders are made fresh by our production partner in Europe and usually arrive 5 to 8 working days after dispatch. US orders ship from our fulfilment centre in North Carolina and usually arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Import charges
The price you pay at checkout is all you pay. If a courier ever asks you for a customs, import VAT or handling charge on a LUCID order, email hello@lucid-skincare.com with your order number and a photo of the charge and we will refund it in full.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within 12 working days, or it arrives damaged, email hello@lucid-skincare.com with your order number and we will put it right.
